Merlin Project works perfectly with other applications. Regardless of where your data comes from, Merlin Project will import it completely. In fact, Merlin Project can also export data to many other file formats and applications as well. Integrated Connections
Adobe Acrobat
Merlin Project exports graphical views with many options to a wide range of data formats, including PDF. You can further edit, share, and sign them using Adobe Acrobat tools for desktop, web, smartphone, and tablet.
adoc Studio
Export the project manual as an AsciiDoc file in Merlin Project and edit the files with adoc Studio on the Mac or iPad. Many designs are available for exporting as PDF, HTML, ePub and text.
Apple Calendar
Publish your schedule in the calendar in macOS or via Calendar.app directly on a CalDAV server. Merlin Project uses this calendar for a one-time export, publishes it as a project calendar or, if desired, even per resource.
Apple Contacts
Import your contacts as potential resources into Merlin Project. Simply drag & drop them from your macOS Contacts or the Library and access them in Merlin Project. Merlin Project even supports Microsoft Outlook as well as LDAP servers.
Apple iCloud Drive
Merlin Project automatically synchronizes projects between your Mac and iPad shared via any cloud services such as iCloud Drive. Even simultaneous changes from multiple users are easily integrated.
Apple Mail
Simply attach emails to your project, the activity, or the resource using drag & drop. You can continue to read the emails in your preferred email application.
Apple Reminders
Publish your schedule to a dedicated reminders list on your local Mac or on a CalDAV server. Merlin Project uses this list to sync all updates automatically to a project calendar or even on a per resource basis.
Dropbox & others
Merlin Project automatically synchronizes projects shared on any cloud service including Dropbox y Box.com. Even simultaneous changes by several users are integrated easily, making file conflicts a thing of the past.
File sharing
Merlin Project offers full saving and editing of projects stored in shared folders. Even simultaneous changes by several users are integrated easily and without any data going amiss – including shared folders on a local Mac.
FreeMind
Start your project either as a Mind Map in Merlin Project or use Freemind for macOS or Windows. All you need to do then is import the result into Merlin Project. The other way around also works, of course.
GrandTotal
GrandTotal creates invoices and quotations in the twinkling of an eye. In Merlin Project, copy and paste your transactions into the item list of an offer or invoice. GrandTotal monitors the invoice until full payment is received.
Mindmanager
Start your project either as a Mind Map in Merlin Project or use Mindmanager for macOS or Windows. All you need to do then is import the result into Merlin Project. The other way around also works, of course.
Microsoft Excel
Exchange information between Merlin Project and Microsoft Excel based on .csv and .txt files with ease. Applications such as Apple Numbers, OpenOffice, and more also support the format fully.
Microsoft Outlook

We probably don’t need to tell you this, but Merlin Project also works perfectly with Microsoft Project. Import Microsoft Project mpp, mpx, and xml file formats and export your changes to Microsoft Project in the Microsoft Project xml format.
Numbers (Apple)
Exchange information between Merlin Project and Numbers based on .csv and .txt files with ease. Applications such as Microsoft Excel, OpenOffice, and more also support the format fully.
OmniOutliner
Import outlines from OmniOutliner to Merlin and even check which outline data column is included in Merlin Project. Export your outline as an OPML file and open it with many OPML editors including OmniOutliner.
Preview & Others
Merlin Project can export any view as images in multiple formats including JPG, PNG, TIFF, BMP, GIF & PDF. You can open these in Preview or other image editing programs.
