Frequently Asked Questions
What happens after the 30-day trial?
30 days of full functionality. After that, Merlin Project becomes a free viewer; you keep read access to all your project files. To continue editing, choose a monthly or annual subscription directly in the app.
Can I cancel the subscription monthly?
Yes. Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Annual subscriptions expire at the end of the term if not renewed.
What about my old lifetime license?
Your lifetime license remains valid. You can continue to use Merlin Project with the feature set your license covered at purchase. New features and current versions are part of the subscription model.
Is there a student or education discount?
Yes. Educational institutions and students receive discounted terms. Contact us for details.
How do I get an invoice for my purchase?
When you purchase through our PW Store, you automatically receive an invoice from our payment provider Paddle. From 10 licenses you also benefit from our volume discount.
The licenses are valid per user. The sales tax (VAT/GST) is included in the prices.
Currencies not listed are calculated on the basis of the Euro.
