License

A frequently asked question in support refers to a not licensed Merlin because of too many instances running at the same time.

There is a special case for you as a user of Merlin 2. For a new Mac, e. g. with macOS Sierra, you have decided to upgrade to Merlin Project 4.

If you nevertheless, like to use Merlin 2 on your old Mac, this is possible. But there can only concurrently be one: Merlin Project 4 or Merlin 2. The programs can only be opened one after the other and not at the same time.
