Why Doesn't Merlin Project Recognize My License Despite My Subscription?
You can subscribe to Merlin Project via the App Store (via Apple) or our website (via Paddle). The subscription license is only valid for the respective version.
Please make sure that you have downloaded the version associated with your subscription:

Download Merlin Project from our website. After installation, unlock the software with your login data (email and password) or your license code.

Download Merlin Project from the Mac App Store.

Download Merlin Project for iPad / iPhone from the iTunes App Store.

Download Merlin Project Express from the Mac App Store.
Each version requires a separate subscription, which you purchase as an in-app purchase.
Apple does not share user data with us developers and we do not activate your subscription. All this is done directly through Apple and the account associated with your Apple ID. We do not have access to this and therefore cannot intervene.
