A special highlight of each month are our free chef demos. This year we would like to adapt the demos to the monthly theme and go into more detail. This month we focus on the importance of notes, comments and secure attachments in project management documentation. These elements are crucial for remembering and capturing important information and decisions.

June: Murphy vs. Tom DeMarco

June is dedicated to risk management in projects, inspired by the teachings of Tom DeMarco. We explore how to identify and assess risks and develop appropriate strategies to minimize them.

July: Plan vs. Reality

This month we focus on how to master the balancing act between planning and real project execution. We discuss how to balance time, money and project content and how these elements can best be represented in Merlin Project.

August: Estimating vs. Knowing

August is all about reporting and analysis. We look at how to build views and filter information to make informed decisions based on real data, not just estimates.

This month we dive into the world of styles, formatting, filtering and grouping options in Merlin Project. These tools offer not only visual customization, but also improved structure and clarity of your project information.

October: Mac vs. iPad

In October, we compare the use of Merlin Project on iOS and macOS. We discuss mobile working, data exchange, OS-specific features and collaboration with other programs as well as the integration of AppleScript.

November: Looking back: 20 years of Merlin Project

A special month in which we celebrate the 20th birthday of Merlin Project. On November 9, 2024, we look back on the exciting journey of the last two decades and celebrate the milestones and successes of this outstanding product.
