macOS Hints: Screen Time
With macOS Catalina, the screen time function is available for Mac. With this function you can monitor the use of the Mac and the applications installed on it.
Use the steps below to check the screen time for Merlin Project:

open the system settings.

click on "Screen time". On the right side of the list you will find all applications and the corresponding screen time.
This shows the usage time of an application in macOS. This time of use can also be regulated.
