We take the protection of your privacy very seriously! For several years now, we have established a culture that particularly encompasses the protection and security of your data. Especially in project management it is important that your data remains with you and is not passed on to third parties without permission.

We attach great importance to the protection of your data.

Merlin Project is not a cloud application, nor is it a SAAS. You alone determine whether a public or private server is used for data exchange. Therefore, you will not receive an order processing agreement from us.

Merlin Project only runs locally on your computer (Mac or iPad) and it is entirely up to you where the project data is saved. This means that the data transport is also your responsibility. Please understand it as if you store a Microsoft Excel document on your local server.
