16 Weeks Marathon Training Plan
This project template provides a basic marathon 16-week training for beginners. It is planned backwards so you know when to start with the training. The file is based on a 4 and 5 training days per week calendar. Select the project end date, commit to start with the training, concentrate on your current week and complete training units to run and finish the marathon in about 5h.
NOTE: Included risk attachments cannot be accessed in Merlin Project Express
