Do You Charge Sales Tax?

Our prices include sales tax (Value Added Tax, Goods and Service Tax).

Payment processing is handled by an external service provider who also takes care of compliance with global and complex tax guidelines. The current tax rates can be found here.

For customers from EU member states who enter a valid VAT registration number, the value added tax will be deducted. You can enter your VAT number at the time of ordering, but you also have up to 60 days after purchase to do so. After validation via the VIES system of the EU, the VAT will be deducted from the subscription fee.

If you are exempted from tax, please send the relevant proof to our billing partner so that they can then refund the tax to you. You can reach the Paddle support team at assist@paddle.com. Upon verification of the sales tax exemption certificate, Paddle will refund the tax paid. Currently, this is only possible after payment of the order.
