What Is the Work Breakdown Structure?
The work breakdown structure (WBS) is the heart of every project. It structures the project and divides it into subprojects and work packages. In addition, it contains information about responsibilities and controlling data for the relevant variables in project management: costs, deadlines and results. It results from the final structure of a project.
In Merlin Project the WBS is a view configuration under the name 'Organizational Chart' which can be opened in the Netplan view.
