21 Wege um im Projektmanagement zu brillieren

Auch wenn sich die britische Site ProjectSmart vorwiegend auf des landeseigene Prince2 kapriziert, bietet sie dennoch auch für kontinentaleuropäische Projektmanagement-Interessierte interessante Informationen. Jetzt gibt es bei den Engländern etwas neues: Die in sich abgeschlossene Site 21 Ways to Excel at Project Management.
Basierend auf einer 21-Punkte-Checkliste gibt es hier jede Menge Infos, wie man Projekte erfolgreich managed und welche Fehler man besser vermeiden sollte. Mehr als nur einen Blick wert. Ganz nach dem Motto:
It is now forty years since the birth of project management and much of the early work has been collected and put together into formal methodologies. Although many different methodologies exist, they generally all work with the same basic principles and good practice developed over the past forty years. So now you may expect that we are expert when it comes to running projects but forty years on and project failures are still with us and according to some observers rising in number.
