Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays

The year is drawing to a close, and we know your project schedule is likely packed right up to 11:59 PM on December 31. But don’t worry – even Santa Claus is an avid Merlin user. No wonder, considering he has to manage a complex project every year: delivering gifts worldwide in 24 hours, without delays or budget overruns. 🎅
With the help of Gantt charts for optimizing his sleigh route and milestone tracking for wrapping gifts, he always stays on schedule – and we hope Merlin Project has guided you just as reliably through this year’s challenges. 🌟
Now, it’s time to leave a few tasks in the backlog and enjoy the well-deserved "Milestone achieved!" celebration. 🎄
We wish you and your loved ones a Merry Christmas, relaxing holidays, and a productive but stress-free New Year – with perfectly planned projects, of course!

We’re taking a short break from December 24, 2024, to January 1, 2025, to recharge our batteries and start 2025 full of energy.

Our boss, Frank Blome, sent a rough plan for the workation to everyone before they arrived:
-
We meet every morning at 9:00 a.m. at breakfast and discuss, who is planning which activities for the day.
-
A table has been reserved for dinner in the evening. Everyone is invited to join.
-
Have fun and enjoy yourselves.

Anyone who knows and follows us is aware that we work remotely here at ProjectWizards, letting everyone choose their favorite place to work from. We only gather once a quarter for 1- or 2-day team meetings somewhere in Germany.
For our 20th anniversary of Merlin Project this year, we decided to have a longer meeting, a Workation.
