Online Trainings in French
Since this year we can finally offer our customers French trainings in addition to the online trainings in English and German language. These trainings are conducted by our Swiss partner Philippe Lauper.
As the founder of Prefix, Philippe Lauper supports his customers with project management guidance and training. He also organizes and moderats team building workshops.

We Will Be Back after a Short Break
356 exciting but also exhausting days lie already behind us, not for long and the year 2019 is history. 2020 is just around the corner.
Somehow even our current project plans seem to point out something to us 😉.

Utilizando una matriz de cuatro campos
Si tiene que revisar mucha información similar y corre el riesgo de perder el control, le resulta útil visualizarla con la ayuda de una matriz de cuatro campos para poder evaluarla más fácilmente.
Para ello, dispóngalos en una cruz de ejes en 2 dimensiones. Por supuesto, cuatro campos no pueden resolver todos los problemas, pero tienen muchas ventajas:
- Le obligan a poner orden en datos complejos.
- Le ayudan a derivar estrategias o a tomar decisiones.
- Los métodos son rápidamente aplicables sin necesidad de preparación.
- Representan las relaciones de forma gráfica.
Use Brainstorming to Develop Ideas and Find Creative Solutions
How often have you used brainstorming to solve a problem? Probably more often, even if you haven't noticed it.
Brainstorming creates a long list of ideas on a topic. Well done, brainstorming can be exciting, energetic, collaborative, and very valuable. But if you take the wrong approach, it's depressing, boring, and often a waste of time.
