5 Questions about Project Management
With Atul Gupta
Coffee Talk

Before we leave the office for the weekend, we stop for a quick coffee talk with our project management colleagues to chat about their best practices. Well, not literally, but that's how we designed our interview series "5 questions about project management". To be fast, intense and refreshing like a good cup of coffee.
Today, we’ll talk to Atul Gupta. Atul Gupta has been in private consulting for over 15 years. During that time he has been in senior positions within industries such as Defense, Systems Integrators, Entertainment & Higher Education. His work experience includes corporations such as, IBM Global Services, Northrop Grumman, and Time Warner AOL. Nowadays Atul is a Member of the Project Management Institute (PMI) and runs his consulting firm. In 2019 he changed his name to Ashul Agrasyn.

Project Management with Excel?
Let's Compare!
It happens regularly when I visit business partners: At some point someone appears and presents me - not without pride - a spreadsheet in which a complete project was calculated. Not again, I think, trying to remember the arguments of the last discussion of this kind.
To emphasize that: I'm not an Excel enemy. Quite the opposite! MS Excel is the only reason why I still have Microsoft Office installed on my Mac.

We have been using small pictures for the cities in which we hold our trainings for some years now.
Our designer Sascha Schmidt turns these city images into real artwork. How much you like them shows that we are always being asked to make these pictures available as wallpapers, or to print on mugs or mousepads.
At least all pictures should be shown once in the overview. We are happy to comply with the last wish today. Here are our cityscapes in alphabetical order. Point or click on a picture to get details.
