The audience will learn the key lessons of project management from a German perspective and understand the difference between traditional and modern, agile management styles. Frank Blome will present knowledge on how to run a team from a distance and disclose why the majority of his own team has been with him for more than 10 years.

About the trainer
Frank Blome is the founder and CEO of ProjectWizards. He started the German company as a consulting firm in the year 2000.
