Hybrides Vorgehen braucht passende Werkzeuge

Gestern fiel mir ein Blogpost von Eberhard Huber ins Auge: Hybrides Projektmanagement ist keine Ausrede. Ich schätze Eberhard sehr, sowohl fachlich, als auch menschlich und kenne kaum einen anderen Menschen, der stets versucht, auf Augenhöhe mit seinem Gegenüber zu sein …und das auch gerne mal unkonventionell, wie ich auf einem PM-Camp miterleben durfte ;-)

In seinem Blogpost schreibt Eberhard von der Gefahr, das hybride Projektmanagement als Ausrede für die vollständige oder teilweise Abschaffung sämtlicher Projektmanagement-Methoden zu nehmen.
