Sustainability is about striking a balance between environmental, social and economic aspects. It means meeting our needs without depleting resources for future generations or damaging the environment. We must all strive to use renewable resources, reduce emissions, minimize waste and act responsibly overall.

Sustainability is also an important aspect in project management. Many projects have an impact on the environment and society. They should be planned and implemented in such a way that they are ecologically, economically and socially responsible and have a positive long-term impact.

Time and resources should be saved in order to maximize customer benefits and also project success. An important principle here is continuous improvement. Do you sometimes feel the same way, you absolutely have to finish a job, but you forgot to charge the wireless mouse? With the current Magic Mouse from Apple, you have a problem because you can't use it while it's charging. If you are lucky, you still have a mouse as a spare. I do not have one.
Good thing I like to work with the Mac keyboard shortcuts anyway, so I know many by heart.
⌘S for saving a file or
⌘P for opening the print menu
are regularly in use - even if the mouse is not exactly down.

I'm sure many of you are like me. I organize my daily routine with to-do lists. That way, no tasks get forgotten. Even the list of tasks that absolutely had to be done before the holidays is now checked off.
Recently, I came across a to-do list for students on the web that gave them tasks for the Christmas vacations. There I read things like.
- 🎬 Watch a Christmas movie.
- 📖 Read a good book
- 😁 Make someone laugh
- 🍪 Snack on delicious Christmas cookies
- 🍹 Sip some delicious punch
I immediately felt addressed, even though I'm not a kid anymore, this list is on my desk now and I plan to work through it over the holidays 😉
Time for me to flip up the keyboard and enjoy Christmas with my favorite people.
