Lean Management is a method of optimizing processes to minimize waste and achieve more efficient results. The lean philosophy assumes that the customer only pays for value creation and not for waste or unnecessary processes.
Applied to project management, this means that all processes and activities that do not create value for the customer should be identified and eliminated. Projects are therefore streamlined. Time and resources should be saved in order to maximize customer benefits and also project success. An important principle here is continuous improvement. This means that processes are continuously monitored and improved in order to increase effectiveness and efficiency. This method is also called Lean Project Management.

Do you sometimes feel the same way, you absolutely have to finish a job, but you forgot to charge the wireless mouse? With the current Magic Mouse from Apple, you have a problem because you can't use it while it's charging. If you are lucky, you still have a mouse as a spare. I do not have one.
Good thing I like to work with the Mac keyboard shortcuts anyway, so I know many by heart.

We have just released the version 8.1.8. This free update is important for Merlin Project.
- If you work with Merlin Project from the App Store, a new version will be made available to you after checking the Mac App Store.
- If you have downloaded Merlin Project from this website, update this version for free using the menu command in the app "Check for updates ...".
- The version for the iPad and iPhone appears automatically in the App Store after verification by Apple.
We have also updated Merlin Project Express. The new versions will be provided in the Mac App Store or at SetApp – right after its review.

After we buried the Google forum with Merlin version 2 a long time ago, our focus was on Xing and LinkedIn until now. Now that Xing has cancelled its forum without replacement and the forum on LinkedIn is not really alive, we have decided to start our own forum again.
