How to switch from a monthly to an annual subscription?
The ability to change your billing period depends on where you subscribed: through our PW Store, billed by Paddle, or via the Apple App Store.
PW Store
Unfortunately, changing the billing period is not possible with Paddle during an active subscription.
If you would like to switch from a monthly to an annual subscription (or vice versa), please follow these steps:
- Cancel your current subscription. It will remain active until the end of the already paid period.
- Then, start a new subscription with your desired billing period (monthly or yearly) at the current price via in-app purchase.
This way, you can switch between billing periods flexibly at any time.
App Store
With Apple, you can easily adjust the billing period yourself. Please follow these steps:
- Open Settings on your Mac, iPhone, or iPad.
- Tap your Apple ID account at the top of the menu.
- Select the subscription you want to change.
- You will now see the available billing periods (monthly or yearly).
- Choose the desired option.
