Fixed Issues

• Improved general stability.
• Under some circumstances, the contents of sub-projects was not shown by the web service.
• In the web service, one user could affect the active view of another user.
• Documents with attachments with very long filenames could not be uploaded to Merlin Server.
• The number of connected users was not always determined correctly.
• Under macOS 10.12 Sierra, Merlin Server sometimes created errors while syncing or downloading documents.
