After Downloading, the Application Is Reported as Corrupted

You have Merlin Project on your Mac. When you launch the application, you receive an error message saying that it is corrupted.

You have downloaded Merlin Project from our website.

• Please disable Apps like CleanMyMac, AppClean, etc.
• Download a fresh copy from our website.
• Launch the extracted "Merlin Project" application.

Note: In case your web browser does not automatically unzip the downloaded file "MerlinProject.zip", please perform a secondary click onto the downloaded file "MerlinProject.zip" and choose "Open with… > Archive Utility".

App Store

You have downloaded Merlin Project or Merlin Project Express from the App Store.

Downloads from the App Store are controlled exclusively by Apple.

• Delete Merlin Project (Express) from your Applications folder.
• Reload Merlin Project (Express) from the App Store.
• Launch Merlin Project (Express)

If the problem persists, you may try the following:

• Delete Merlin Project (Express) from your Applications and Downloads folder.
• Launch the App Store
• Select "Store > Sign out" from the menu.
• Quit the App Store.
• Restart the mac.
• Launch the App Store
• Select "Store > Sign in" from the menu.
• Reload Merlin Project (Express) from the App Store.
• Launch Merlin Project (Express)
