App Store: Subscription not working for your app

You have downloaded Merlin Project, Merlin Project Express, Merlin Project Go over the App Store?
Your subscriptions are managed by Apple's App Store. To view, cancel or manage them you should follow the directions offered by Apple.

Your active subscription is not appearing in your app?
You cannot start a new subscription?

Try logging out and then log back into the App Store.

If the active subscription is not appearing in your app on your mac:

  • Quit your app.
  • Use the App Store and call 'Store > Sign out'.
  • Sign again into the App Store by 'Store > Sign in'. Use the Apple ID that you use with the subscription.
  • Start your app again.

If you cannot start a new subscription in your app on your mac:

  • Quit all apps.
  • Delete Merlin Project (or Merlin Project Express).
  • Use the App Store and call ‘Store > Sign out'.
  • Quit the App Store and re-start it.
  • Check the country symbol at the bottom of the App Store window. Make sure App Store is using the same country as in your Apple ID.
  • Sign again into the App Store by 'Store > Sign in'.
  • Download Merlin Project (or Merlin Project Express) from the App Store.

If the active subscription is not appearing in your app on your iPhone or iPad:

  • Quit your app.
  • Go to 'Settings > iTunes & App Store'
  • Tap on 'Apple ID' and 'Sign Out'
  • Tap on 'Sign in' again and use the Apple ID that you use with the subscription.
  • Start your app again.

An active subscription not appearing in your app could be due to an issue accessing the App Store. Signing out and in again can fix that.
The reason for a new subscription, which fails to complete, could be a miss-matching Apple ID information. A new download after signing out and in again can fix that too.
