How safe is my end date, really?
A Gantt chart shows a date, not a probability. A Monte Carlo simulation turns the end date into a distribution; the AI writes and runs the script itself.
Read the tasks, durations, and dependencies of the active project and run a Monte Carlo simulation with 10,000 iterations: Write a short script for it, assume a plausible variance for each task, and execute it. Then explain P50, P80, and P90 for the end date in plain language.
