What happens if someone is out?
Because the AI only reads the plan, outages can be played through safely: the scenario appears as an answer, the plan stays untouched. Replace {RESOURCE} and {DATE} with the name and start date.
Play through what happens in the active project if the resource {RESOURCE} is out for two weeks starting {DATE}: Which tasks shift, which milestones are at risk, and how does the end date change? Do not change anything in the project; describe the scenario as output only and suggest the best countermeasure.
