Démarrage de projet assisté par l’IA
Créez de nouveaux projets à partir d’une simple description grâce à l’intelligence artificielle. L’assistant génère automatiquement la structure des tâches, les dépendances et les jalons, estime les charges de travail et les risques, et attribue les ressources nécessaires. Pour rendre cette fonctionnalité puissante possible, Merlin Project exploite l’intelligence de ChatGPT.
Merlin Project ouvre une fenêtre affichant les résultats générés par ChatGPT. Le projet est créé automatiquement selon vos spécifications.
Et le meilleur dans tout cela : nous prenons en charge les coûts d’utilisation de ChatGPT. Pendant la phase d’essai, vous pouvez générer jusqu’à dix projets par jour gratuitement.
Référence dynamique (Baseline dynamique)
Depuis la version 2.0, Merlin Project vous permet de comparer l’état actuel d’un projet avec son plan initial. Jusqu’à présent, ces valeurs planifiées étaient déterminées grâce à une astuce ingénieuse : le logiciel calculait le déroulement du projet comme si l’utilisateur n’avait saisi aucune valeur réelle dans la structure actuelle des tâches. Cela donnait de bons résultats dans la plupart des situations. Toutefois, si le périmètre changeait considérablement en cours de projet, cette technique pouvait atteindre ses limites.
Grâce à la nouvelle référence dynamique, vous pouvez comparer avec précision l’état actuel de votre projet avec n’importe quel état antérieur. Il vous suffit de définir une date passée dans le champ « Date de référence » des réglages du projet. Tous les champs planifiés contiendront alors les valeurs prévues à cet état antérieur.
Merlin Project peut récupérer ces valeurs de manière dynamique sans que vous ayez eu besoin de définir une référence auparavant. Cela fonctionne de façon si fluide parce que chaque document Merlin contient déjà l’historique complet du projet.

L’interface utilisateur présente un nouveau design. Les symboles et icônes familiers conservent la même qualité, mais avec une apparence renouvelée.

L’ancien protocole FTP, peu sécurisé, utilisé pour la publication automatique du contenu des projets, a été remplacé par SFTP. Si vous utilisiez auparavant FTP, veuillez configurer un nouveau compte SFTP dans les réglages de Merlin Project et l’utiliser pour vos publications.
