Status

How far do plan and actual differ?

Not where it feels like things are stuck; where the data says they are. The AI needs a baseline for this, because the baseline provides the planned values. Without one, it can only work with the current status. Replace {PERIOD} with the stretch you care about, for example "the last two weeks".

Compare the planned and actual progress over {PERIOD}. Which tasks deviate the most?
