How to order
There is no online store. Every order runs as an email request.

1 Request a quote
Send quantity and term to sales@projectwizards.net, fastest with the template from the calculator.

2 Receive quote and invoice
We confirm the terms and issue the invoice.

3 Pay in advance
You pay by bank transfer or PayPal.

4 Receive your coupon code
Once your payment arrives, we email you one coupon code covering all ordered licenses. The term starts when your customer redeems it.
Reseller questions
Can I sell Merlin Project for iPad as a reseller?
No. Apple distributes the iPad version exclusively through the App Store. Your customer subscribes there with a personal Apple Account. We have no access to these purchases and cannot issue coupon codes for them. Mac and iPad require separate subscriptions anyway.
Can I resell Merlin Project Express?
No. Merlin Project Express runs exclusively through the Mac App Store and Setapp. Both channels bill the end customer directly. Only Merlin Project for macOS is available for resale.
Can I combine the reseller discount with the education discount?
No. The education discount and the reseller discount exclude each other. If your customer buys as an educational institution, the education price applies without an additional reseller discount. You decide per order which rate applies.
How does my customer activate the licenses?
You receive one coupon code for the entire order, even for 100 licenses. Your customer redeems the code in Merlin Project and thereby starts the term.
Does the annual license renew automatically?
No. Unlike the subscription, the annual license ends when the term expires. We contact the end user before that date to point it out. If your customer wants to keep working, order a new coupon code.
