iCloud Drive Sync with Merlin Project
You use Merlin Project to plan your projects? Then you already know how easy it is to edit the same file with other Merlin Project users in your team. You simply place the project file in a common path (a network share for example) and edit it from there.
What if you want to edit the same file from multiple locations, for example with iCloud Drive?
This is how to proceed:
- Save your project file from one Mac to iCloud Drive.
- On the other devices in your team, wait for iCloud Drive to complete upload of the file.
- Open and edit the file from any device.
- Save or wait for the next autosave
As soon as iCloud Drive syncs the changed file to all devices, Merlin Project will sync and show the changed state of the file.
