Fixed issues

• Improved general stability.
• Headers and footers for printing could not be edited under macOS 10.14 Mojave.
• Sometimes exported HTML pages did not work.
• The XML export did not contain the initials style and the setting whether resources are sharing their work.
• When working with resource pools and sub-projects, a single assignment could wrongly appear multiple times in the assignments view.
