Is my project plan internally consistent?

A plan can be arithmetically correct and still shaky. The AI reads the plan structurally: missing dependencies, unrealistic durations, missing buffers, single-person risks.

Check the active project for inconsistencies: tasks without dependencies, unrealistically short or long durations, missing buffers before milestones, and tasks that depend on a single person. Create a checklist with findings and one correction suggestion each; sort by severity.
