How do I get a status report with traffic lights?
Project data becomes a fully written report: management summary, traffic lights per work package, risks, next steps. As AsciiDoc, it can be refined into a corporate PDF, for example in adoc Studio.
Create a status report in AsciiDoc format from the active project with the following structure: management summary in three sentences, traffic-light status per work package (green, yellow, red with reasoning), current risks, next milestones. Write a narrative, not a mere collection of tables; the report should be ready to send to stakeholders without editing.
