Formations en ligne en langue française
Depuis cette année, nous pouvons enfin proposer à nos clients des formations en français en plus des formations en ligne en anglais et en allemand. Elles sont menées par notre partenaire suisse Philippe Lauper.
En tant que fondateur de Prefix , Philippe Lauper offre à ses clients de l’accompagnement et de la formation en gestion de projet. Il organise et modère également des ateliers de développement d’équipe.

We Will Be Back after a Short Break
356 exciting but also exhausting days lie already behind us, not for long and the year 2019 is history. 2020 is just around the corner.
Somehow even our current project plans seem to point out something to us 😉.
In order to recharge our batteries for the challenges of the coming year, we are taking a short break from 24 December 2019. In urgent cases you can reach us during this time by e-mail urgent@projectwizards.net.

It's Merlin Project's 15th Birthday!
This week we can't get out of celebrating. First we released version 6 of our popular project management software on November 5th, and today is the 15th birthday of Merlin Project.

Utiliser une matrice à quatre champs
Si vous devez passer en revue une grande quantité d'informations similaires et que vous risquez de perdre de vue l'ensemble, il vous est utile de les visualiser à l'aide d'une matrice à quatre champs afin de pouvoir les évaluer plus facilement.
Pour ce faire, organisez-les dans une croix d'axes en 2 dimensions. Bien entendu, quatre champs ne peuvent résoudre tous les problèmes, mais ils présentent de nombreux avantages:
- Ils vous obligent à mettre de l'ordre dans des données complexes.
- Ils vous aident à élaborer des stratégies ou à prendre des décisions.
- Les méthodes sont rapidement applicables sans préparation.
- Ils représentent graphiquement les relations.
Use Brainstorming to Develop Ideas and Find Creative Solutions
How often have you used brainstorming to solve a problem? Probably more often, even if you haven't noticed it.
Brainstorming creates a long list of ideas on a topic. Well done, brainstorming can be exciting, energetic, collaborative, and very valuable. But if you take the wrong approach, it's depressing, boring, and often a waste of time.
If you know how to brainstorm well, both in a group and alone, you can get the most out of this opportunity.
