iCloud Drive incluye una función para compartir contenido con otros desde macOS Big Sur e iOS/iPadOS 14, muy útil y excelente para colaborar en proyectos de Merlin Project. En macOS Monterey, compartir a través de iCloud Drive ha mejorado aún más.
Archivos compartidos en iCloud Drive
En Monterey, Apple ha rediseñado la vista de iCloud Drive en el Finder.
En la barra lateral de cualquier ventana del Finder, debajo del elemento iCloud, sigue estando disponible la entrada iCloud Drive.
Allí encontrarás muchas carpetas de diferentes aplicaciones y también podrás añadir tus propias carpetas o archivos para acceder a ellos cómodamente desde otros dispositivos privados. Más información…
Merlin Project: Collaborate on Project Files with iCloud Drive in Your Team
You plan your projects with Merlin Project? Typically, your project goes through various stages from start to finish. So you start your project with conception and initiation, proceed in defining and planning it. Then launch its execution, check on its performance and control it until its closure.
In a single-user situation, you as a project manager use Merlin Project to take care of things like scope, prerequisites, define the required work packages, add activities, assign them to available resources, request budget and track expected cost and scheduling.

Ya me lo temía al principio; a pesar de toda la motivación para escribir el libro rápidamente, el día a día siempre se interpone en el camino.
La semana pasada estuve mucho tiempo de viaje. En nombre de Merlin Project. Y esta semana, una sorpresa siguió a la siguiente.
El resultado es insatisfactorio, pero claro: no pude escribir ni 20 frases.
Así que puedo guardar la tabla Kanban actual aquí también; porque sigue siendo exactamente igual.

Merlin Project: Successor vs. Child
You plan your projects with Merlin Project? Then you already know how you add activities. Typically, you'll click onto '+' or call Insert > Activity from the menu. Some of you might copy and paste activity rows, like to use keyboard shortcuts cmd+N or import data from another application.
The insert menu however offers more items, as for example: milestone, child, successor, aunt, predecessor, assignment.
So what's the difference between a successor and a child? When to select one over the other item of the insert menu? And what happens if you don't select them when inserting new activities?

Merlin Project PDF Export Function
In Merlin Project on the Mac, there are two ways to create a PDF from your projects. The built-in export function in Merlin Project is located in the File > Export menu.
Then click Image and set the options for the PDF you want to export.
