J'ai couru mon 4ème marathon il y a quelques jours. À cause du coronavirus, j'ai couru en solo, sur un parcours que j'ai choisi, comme une course virtuelle, le jour qui me convenait. J'étais préparé et c'était quand même dur. 42,195 KM (26,2 Miles) ne sont jamais faciles. Le parcours met à l'épreuve votre endurance, votre forme physique et votre engagement. Pas seulement au départ, pas seulement par petites touches. C'est toujours un défi.
Maintenant que nous avons accompli la tâche et que l'entraînement pour cet événement est terminé, alors que le corps est en mode de récupération, il est temps pour l'esprit de faire une rétrospective et de fixer de nouveaux objectifs. Qu'est-ce qui s'est bien passé ? Qu'est-ce qui n'a pas marché ? Qu'ai-je appris ? Que dois-je faire la prochaine fois ? Y aura-t-il une prochaine fois ?
