En una reunión, un empleado hizo que su teléfono fuera reenviado a un colega. Después de la reunión, este colega se quejó de que se le interrumpía el trabajo por cada llamada telefónica y tenía que escribir un correo electrónico con la información necesaria.
Así nació la idea del memorándum telefónico.
Lo que pasó entonces es la razón por la que todavía me gusta trabajar en ProjectWizards después de más de 15 años!
