¿Utiliza un software de programación de tareas, o aplicaciones de tareas pendientes, para organizar sus pensamientos y tareas, desde los recados cotidianos hasta los objetivos más importantes de la vida? Aplicaciones como Things y Omnifocus también ayudan a los gestores de proyectos a planificar su jornada y a trabajar eficazmente para alcanzar sus objetivos. Por supuesto, no deben faltar las próximas tareas del proyecto.
Por lo tanto, es natural enviar tareas de los planes de proyecto de Merlin Project como tareas a Things. Pero también transferir tareas de Things como tareas a Merlin Project. El AppleScript gratuito desarrollado para este fin facilita el intercambio de datos entre los dos programas. De este modo, los dos programas se complementan perfectamente.

Merlin Project ofrece un intercambio perfecto con otros programas. No importa de dónde procedan los datos, con Merlin Project casi siempre tiene una forma de transferirlos. Lo mismo ocurre con la exportación.
Si utiliza GrandTotal para crear presupuestos o facturas, puede copiar las actividades necesarias de su plan de proyecto y pegarlas en el documento de GrandTotal.

Hello, my name is Stefanie Blome and at ProjectWizards I take care of sales, accounting, human resources management and whatever else comes up in the administration. I also write articles for our blog and support my husband Frank, our CEO, as his assistant and keep his back as far as possible.
