Fixed issues
- Improved general stability.
- Improved the import and export of MS Project files.
- Sometimes, the "Publish" button in the publishing panel was wrongly disabled.
- Locked Merlin 2 documents could not be imported.
- Non-breaking spaces are now exported as regular spaces to CSV files because MS Excel does not correctly import them.
