Fixed issues

• Improved general stability.
• Under some circumstances, the actual complete through date of activity groups could be wrong.
• New filters could not be created in the resources view.
• Under macOS 10.13 High Sierra Merlin 2 upgrade licenses did not work.
• Sometimes installed licenses were wrongly recognized as being in use.
• The work defaults in the project settings could wrongly be set to zero.
