Fixed issues

• Improved general stability.
• In some cases, custom templates could not be opened.
• MS Project export: Activities with zero work but non-zero duration appeared as milestones in MS Project.
• MS Project export: Activities with a given duration are now exported as tasks of type "Fixed Duration".
• MS Project import: The task type "Fixed Duration" is now influencing whether work or duration gets set on Merlin activities.
• Creating e-mails did not work under macOS 10.14.
• Using the same FTP publishing account from multiple machines did not work.
• The import of working time calendars could not be configured under macOS 10.14.
• Under macOS 10.11, wrong footers could appear when printing.
