What Happens to The Data on The Host's Smartphone?

The data is stored on the smartphone or tablet PC used. There is no central storage.

The restaurateur or shop owner can send the data encrypted by e-mail, e.g. on request to the public health department. After an adjustable period of time (max. 9 weeks) the data on the mobile phone will be deleted.
