He corrido 4 maratones, ¿qué he aprendido?

Hace unos días corrí mi cuarto maratón. Debido al coronavirus, corrí en solitario, en una ruta que he elegido, como una carrera virtual, en el día que me convenía. Estaba preparado y sin embargo fue duro. Los 42,195 KM (26,2 millas) nunca son fáciles. La ruta pone a prueba tu resistencia, tu forma física y tu compromiso. No sólo en la salida, no sólo por poco. Siempre es un reto.

Así que ahora, después de haber completado la tarea y de haber terminado el entrenamiento para este evento, mientras el cuerpo está en modo de recuperación, es el momento de que la mente haga la retrospectiva y establezca nuevos objetivos. ¿Qué ha ido bien? ¿Qué ha ido mal? ¿Qué he aprendido? ¿Qué hago la próxima vez? ¿Habrá una próxima vez?
