Merlin Project 8.1.8 Is Released
We have just released the version 8.1.8. This free update is important for Merlin Project.
- If you work with Merlin Project from the App Store, a new version will be made available to you after checking the Mac App Store.
- If you have downloaded Merlin Project from this website, update this version for free using the menu command in the app "Check for updates ...".
- The version for the iPad and iPhone appears automatically in the App Store after verification by Apple.
We have also updated Merlin Project Express. The new versions will be provided in the Mac App Store or at SetApp – right after its review.

Después de que enterráramos el foro de Google con la versión 2 de Merlin hace mucho tiempo, nuestra atención se centró en Xing y LinkedIn hasta ahora. Ahora que Xing ha cancelado su foro sin reemplazo y que el foro de LinkedIn no está realmente vivo, hemos decidido volver a poner en marcha nuestro propio foro.

Friday Again Already?
In the last time it happens again regularly that I ask myself at the latest on Friday around noon the question; "Friday noon, where is this week already again"? Yes, I really ask myself this question in this form. And not as the universally quoted TGIF - "Thank God is Friday"; because I like to work! So my motto is IIFRA - "Is it Friday really again?" ;-)
So now I'm taking some time to review selected topics of the last week. Maybe I'll be able to slow down the pace a bit... or what's the consultant term for that: "deceleration".
PM Camp Hamburg
Finally, the preparations for the „biggest class reunion of German-speaking project managers" (I like to quote myself) are underway. After a few attempts sabotaged by Covid-19, a new orga team has now been found, which has already found a place and a date:
On May 19 and 20, 2023, the PM Camp will
take place on the premises of ISM Hamburg.

Ni siquiera me gusta decirlo ni escribirlo; la realidad me ha alcanzado en este proyecto. He mirado la fecha de la última entrada del blog y me he sobresaltado: 14 de enero de 2022.
Seré sincero, tampoco he escrito mucho sobre el nuevo manual desde esa fecha. Por supuesto, reconocí el problema hace unos meses e incluso intenté buscar soluciones. Pero, por desgracia, todo no salió bien y me di cuenta de que necesitaba apoyo.
Así que me senté con Antoni -con quien ya había escrito el libro Merlin 2 para el editor Hanser Verlag – y relanzamos el proyecto. Sé que es vergonzoso. Pero a veces hay que reconocer y resolver un problema, incluso si usted es el problema.
