The session will leverage traditional project management best practices in order to demonstrate how to effectively use Merlin to manage projects. The class format will include a mix of lecture, demonstration, and practical exercises in order to reinforce the lessons and ensure that each participant leaves with a solid understanding of how to make the best possible use of Merlin.

- Personal views and configurations
- Setting up and working with Projects, Phases, Activities and Resources
- Taking advantage of Merlin Elements
- Working with Project Templates
- Program Management with Merlin
- Integration with other programs (including Microsoft Project and Excel)
- Setting up Merlin for use in your network
- Web Sharing with Merlin
- Merlin iPhone and iPad
Requirements
Participants will be required to provide their own MacBook, MacBook Air or MacBook Pro laptop with a licensed copy of Merlin 2 for use in the sessions.
Pricing and Availability
This limited seating 2-day workshop, Managing Projects with Merlin, costs $1100 per participant. Participants will receive specific details as to location upon registration.

Merlin Discount
If you do not currently own a copy of Merlin, you will be eligible to receive a 20% discount on the purchase of a single user license during the class.
Cancellation Policy
If you believe it necessary to cancel your registration, we will issue a full refund minus a $100 administration fee for cancellations received in writing at least 10 business days prior to the event. The registration fee is non-refundable for cancellations made less than 10 days prior to the event. In those cases, you may transfer your registration fee to a future ProjectWizards training course at no additional cost (for similarly priced seminars) or arrange for a substitute person to attend.
Those who do not cancel and do not attend are responsible for the full registration fee. ProjectWizards reserves the right to cancel or reschedule and will give notice in advance. We are not responsible for penalties resulting from use of discount or other airfares.
ProjectWizards also offers training options that include onsite and virtual learning.
