1. Automatic order If not visible, activate the column ?Start date? in the menu item ?View ? Show View Options? (Comand+J). Now click on the column header ?Start date? once, to sort this column in ascending order. Now you have the natural order of all activities in your project. To modify the order between these activities, set the predecessors. How to do this is described in this article.

2. Manual Order Activate the column ?Flat Order? in the menu item ?View ? Show View Options? (Comand+J). After that, click on the column header ?#? to order by that column. Now you can move each activity ? by dragging the ?Title? of the activity ? to the preferred position.
