How to sync with the Address Book? The first step would be to download the MS Office Update 11.2.3 from http://www.microsoft.com/mac/. After launching MS Entourage select “Preferences” in the menu “Entourage”. In the dialogue box select synchronizing services from the left column of the box. The box will display 3 choices:
Please check the first box - “sync contacts with Address Book”. After you have clicked on “OK” you will receive a message requesting you to select from 3 options. Here you should select according to your requirements. It is recommended to select - replace Entourage objects with objects from the sync services. In a few seconds Entourage will display this Sync Alert.
Select the appropriate box and click on “Allow”. Now all your contacts within Entourage are synced with the Mac OS X Address Book and therefore can be inserted from the Mac OS X Address Book into your Merlin projects as resources. |
