It is extremely common that different countries, time zones and even projects or resources may vary and have different working hours/days and holidays. This makes it necessary to change the calendars accordingly. Changing the default project or resource calendars is quite simple and can be done in a few simple steps.

Create a project and select the tab "Calendar" in the info area. Let's say our project is from Monday to Thursday. Fridays is off and on Wednesday work is from 08:00 to 19:00.

Step 1

To mark Fridays as completely off click the F (FRIDAY) on top of the small calendar to highlight the entire month + following months. Currently the little radio button is clicked as "Is Working" change this to "Not Working"

Step 2

To change the times for specific days or weeks select the day or as above the W (Wednesday). The field below the calendar with the columns From and To are now highlighted. Here you can make your changes accordingly.
