Using a specific calendar for other projects in Merlin

Since Merlin 1.3 a specific calendar can be saved and used for a number of projects. This is good when you are working with different resources who have different working hours or projects in different time zones or countries, for example.

Make all necessary changes in the calendar adding times or work-free days by going to the Info area an selecting the tab "Calendar". For changes to a resource's calendar this is done when you have selected a resource and in the Info area chosen the tab "Calendar". Then select the "Save" button and export the calendar to your chosen path in the finder. Now you can use this calendar by clicking on the project you want to work on and selecting "Load".

Please keep in mind when exporting calendars Merlin treats calendars for project and resources separately. What this means is, when working on a project (e.g. Project A) with altered times and days and you have a resource (e.g. Resource ABC) that also has different working times and days as that to the project, each has to be exported separately. Which in return means they have to be imported separately. (e.g. Calendar for Project A exported into calendar for Project B and calendar for Resource ABC to calendar for Resource CDE in Project B).
