With Merlin version 1.3, it is possible at last, to compare the real progress in running projects with the planning. The comparison can be carried out in two different ways; at work with or without resources.

Real values for activities without resources

In the info area the group "Actual Values" has been added, in which the start and after the completion of an activity the end date can be entered. Preliminary results can be entered in the fields "Work" and "Remain" as well as "Duration" and its "Remain". The percentage of completion is given on the basis of the real values, can however, also be set manually. In the group "Results" the "Probable end" can be additionally obtained, which is also derived from the actual values.

Actual values for activities with resources

Similar is also the comparison with resources. Under the tab "Assign" for an activity, all assigned resources are listed in the upper table. When a resource is selected, the fields in the group "Actual Values" are filled in the lower area of this tab.

When here, actual values are given for the resource allocation, these are shown in condensed form in the corresponding fields on the "Info" tab of the activity.
